DIE CUTTING
A process in which a die plate is used on a press to cut labels into a desired shape. Die plates are metal or flexible plates with a custom-shaped blade.
Die-cutting gives various shapes to labels, adds shelf appeal, and can bring one-of-a-kind uniqueness to a product.
DIGITAL OFFSET
A printing technology that uses electrostatic charging of an imaging plate. The discharged areas pick up and transfer ink to the offset cylinder, then to the photo drum, and lastly to the substrate.
Digital Offset produces high print quality and quick turnaround time.
DOMETEC
Multiple layers of PVC and adhesive impressed and fused together to create a three-dimensional label.
DomeTec adds eye-popping branding, making your product stand out with elegance and grandeur. Gives and embossed look and feel.
EMBOSSING & DEBOSSING
The process where a mold or stamp of a design is pressed upward or downward into a substrate so that it stands out in relief.
Gives product labels visible and physical texture that increases shelf appeal.
FOIL STAMPING
A method of relief printing where metallic, clear, or opaque foil is transferred at high temperatures fusing foil to the substrate’s surface.
Gives labels and products a high-end look or feel with eye-catching branding on a shelf next to competition.
FLEXO PRINTING
A roll fed printing press that is used to print high volumes of labels on a variety of different substrates at high speeds.
Allows for large quantities to be printed fast with quick turnaround.
PRINTED SATIN LABELS
High-quality printed satin labels are suitable for sew-in, iron-on or pressure sensitive application.
Create a unique, embellished look by adding foil stamping or die cut shapes.
SHRINK SLEEVES
Shrink sleeves are a type of label offering 360-degree branding by printing graphics onto film to be shrunk onto a container using heat.
Scuff and water-resistant and durable against friction, can be used on a variety of different containers.
TOP OF BED
We create first impressions and our branded top of bed POP connects you to the customer. It not only protects the floor model investment but also helps to identify the brand on the sales floor. It can be used to identify comfort levels and construction methods, act as a way of communicating features and benefits, as well as extend your brand message.

WOVEN LABELS
Soft, flexible, with classic style our woven labels are exceptional. They can be attached to your mattress in a myriad of ways and they work especially well for compressible beds.

They have an attractive soft feel to them, but they’re durable too. Woven labels tend to last longer than printed labels due to the superior quality of material used.
WATER PROOF LABELS
Waterproof labels resist moisture and oils to help maintain the labels integrity. We have materials that are specially designed to protect exposure to water and high-moisture environments.

Laminates, UV varnishes, adhesives and waterproof materials all play a part in producing the perfect waterproof label.
RETAIL DISPLAYS & SIGNAGE

6-COLOR OFFSET
Our sheet-fed offset presses run very efficiently, making them the best choice for high-volume printing. They also provide accurate color reproduction and sharp, vibrant images. A wide variety of substrates are available for this cost-effective professional printing option.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing provides precise detailing and strong color intensity. The designs can be transferred to many different kinds of materials and are highly durable and moisture resistant. Screen printed labels are perfect for mattresses, apparel, packaging, and more.
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery adds a high-quality, luxurious feel to your design. The depth and dimension achieved provides a professional look and the perception of high value. A variety of colors and textures, including metallic threads, adds a refined look to labels, apparel, top of bed products, and more.
